Whole School Weekly Bulletin 22/03/24

 

Whole School Attendance: 92.5% - Remember to report absences to the school office by 9:00am

Total Lates this week: 75 late marks Children arriving after 8:45am will be marked as late and parents will be asked to sign children in via the screen in the school office. If you are struggling to get your child to school on time or have concerns about your child being late, our PFSA Mrs Bedford will be available most mornings to offer support.

 

Whole School:

  • Did you know? Children who read and are read to are more likely to overcome disadvantage caused by inequality.

 

  • Next term’s clubs will be emailed to parents for booking next week.

 

  • Tycoon club will be selling Easter fun packs after-school on Monday.

 

  • Thursday 28th March is the last day of term, school will reopen on Monday 15th April.

 

  • Twilight after-school club will close at 5:15pm on Thursday, please ensure you have amended any bookings.

 

  • Please can you remind your children not to ride their scooters while exiting the school, there has been an incident whereby a small child has been knocked over and injured.

 

  • Bridgwater library has lots of events happening for Easter, see attached poster for further details.

 

 

Year 3:

  • Swimming on Monday, this is the last session. Please remember your child’s swimming kit and towel.

 

 

 

Year 5:

  • Parents/carers are invited to St Johns Church on Wednesday to watch the Year 5 Easter Assembly. Tea/coffee will be available at the church for parents/carers from 08:45am
