Please be aware the booking fee is now £5.00 per club per child (£10.00 for late club), if this fee is not paid at the time of booking, the place on club will not be held.

Important Information:
- Places are first come, first served and we are not able to reserve places before the above date/time.
- There will be a £5.00 non-refundable fee per child per after-school club. This is to cover the cost of staffing and resources. There is no fee for lunch-time clubs.
- Clubs are in high demand. Therefore, we will be operating a waiting list for those unable to secure a place.
- Do not contact the school office for confirmation of your child’s place, the My Child at School app will only allow you to sign up if places are available.
- Should your child not attend 2 weeks of a club (without a valid reason), they will be removed from the list and their place will be offered to the next child on the waiting list.
- No refunds will be offered should your child no longer wish to attend. Club fees cannot be transferred to other clubs/trips/events etc. No refunds will be offered for cancelled clubs.
- If for whatever reason your child is not able to attend club, you must inform the school office on the day.
