On science day we rotated between 3 activities. We investigated bubbles and asked the question was it possible to put your finger inside a bubble without it popping? We also experimented mixing primary coloured powder paints to see what other colours we could make. The last activity was using recycled materials to make an under water display.

Secret World visit

Our story in Foundation Stage this half term is Nick Butterworth's 'One Snowy Night'. There are lots of animals in the book and other Percy the Park Keeper books. Today Secret World visited us to tell us about how they help and rescue woodland animals and brought in a barn owl called Shadow and a tawny owl Star. We learned lots of information about the owls from Ellie and we asked lots of questions. After that we listened to an owl information book and wrote some owl facts.
