COMPLAINTS
If you should have a concern or a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible. The first point of contact will normally be your child’s Class Teacher, Deputy Headteacher or the Special Needs Co-ordinator. If you are not happy with the way your complaint has been dealt with or you feel it is too serious to discuss with teaching staff, please contact the Headteacher. If you remain dissatisfied with the way your complaint has been addressed, you are entitled to make a formal complaint to the Governors. This must be in writing and addressed to the Chair of Governors, c/o Eastover School.

If you would like to look at your child’s records, please make your request in writing to the Clerk to Governors c/o the school. You will be given an appointment within 15 school days of receipt of the written request. A small charge may apply to cover photocopying costs.
