The Sunrise Club

The Sunrise Club operates during term time only, each weekday from 7.45am to 8.45am for Breakfast.

Sessions and prices are as follows:

Early Bird Club: 7:45am to 8:15am £1.25

FREE Breakfast Club: 8:15am – Start of School

Children attending the Early Bird Club will automatically join the free breakfast session from 8:15am.

From September 2026, our school will be offering a FREE Breakfast Club from 8:15am as part of the Department for Education's Free Breakfast Clubs programme. This initiative aims to give every child a healthy start to the day and support families with childcare and the cost of living. 

What will children receive?

Children attending the club will enjoy:

• A healthy breakfast each morning
• A choice of cereals, toast, fruit and yoghurt
• Special breakfast treats on selected days, including bagels, pancakes, crumpets and waffles
• A range of engaging activities before school
• Time to socialise with friends and prepare for the day ahead

Booking Arrangements

All places must be booked through MCAS (MyChildAtSchool).

To enable us to plan staffing levels and food provision effectively, bookings for the FREE Breakfast Club must be made at least 3 days in advance.

Please also ensure that your child's:

✅ Allergy information are all up to date before booking. 

The Twilight Club

The Twilight Club operates during term time only, each weekday from 3.15 to 5.45. Please see wrap-around care fees for session times and prices.

The Twilight After School Club includes a sandwich or snack as well as a drink. Activities such as craft, cookery, topics, outdoor play and homework. ​​Please be advised that we sometimes play DVDs with a 'U' or 'PG' rating. If you do not wish your child/children to watch a 'PG' rated film, then please inform the office or a member of the Twilight Afterschool Club.

Wrap-around Care Fees

All sessions must be paid for in advance.

Fees for wrap-around care are payable at the time of booking. Sessions can be booked online using your child's online MCAS account or with exact cash in the office.  

If a child is absent due to illness, then no charge will be made for this period and the session will be cancelled. Any variation to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Late collections

A charge of £3.50 will apply if a child is collected after the session booked has finished.

However, for late collections after the club finish time of 5:45pm, a fee of £3.50 will apply during each 15-minute period.

The charge will be applied to the child’s account and this must be paid for within 2 weeks by either visiting the school office or logging in to the online account.
