Whole School:
World Book Day
Eastover Primary School celebrated World Book Day with a wonderful day full of stories, imagination, and creativity. Pupils and staff came dressed as their favourite book characters, bringing the magic of reading to life throughout the school. Classes shared stories, took part in fun reading activities, and discussed their favourite books with friends. The day was a fantastic reminder of how books can inspire, entertain, and transport us to new worlds, and it encouraged everyone to keep enjoying reading both in school and at home. 📚

Parent’s Evening
Bookings for parent’s evening will go live on Monday 9th March, invitations for bookings will be sent out via email. Please book by Monday 23rd March as booking online will then close.

Sticky Questions for March!
We’re excited to reintroduce Sticky Questions—thought-provoking prompts designed to spark meaningful conversations and develop children’s oracy skills. Each year group will be exploring a different question over the course of the month, encouraging pupils to think deeply, share ideas, and articulate their thoughts clearly. We’d love for you to continue these discussions at home with your child, helping them build confidence in expressing themselves and engaging in dialogue. Look out for this month’s question and enjoy the conversations it inspires!
